Owner, Jordan ESQ.
Tyler is lead attorney at Jordan ESQ. He specializes in crafting sophisticated estate planning for clients with dynamic familial structures and complex business holdings. Such planning often involves structuring beneficiaries’ inheritances to plan around unique issues, addressing business succession planning needs for clients with closely held businesses, and implementing charitable planning to achieve clients’ tax planning objectives and giving legacies.
These complexities demand for Tyler to be proficient in tax, asset protection, and charitable planning. Tyler takes a holistic approach to meeting our client’s multifaceted legal needs by developing an overall estate plan that marries these planning strategies together with as much simplicity and efficiency as possible.
Tyler has always loved discussing concepts with friends and colleagues and teaching others about topics he finds fascinating. From a young age, Tyler excelled at writing and gravitated towards subject matter in school that centered around the art of story telling. During college, Tyler studied philosophy and religious studies, with an emphasis on mythology. Prior to entering law school, Tyler always imagined himself becoming a teacher of some kind. Tyler has found his optimal balance as an estate planning attorney at the cross section of an educator and a drafter.
Tyler focuses on taking an educational approach in discussing his client’s legal needs. He often utilizes hand-drawn diagrams in client meetings to simplify and convey complex estate planning, asset protection, and tax concepts. Tyler seeks to uncover the story that drives each client’s estate planning intentions so it can serve as the keystone of their overall estate plan.
